Gratitude is one of life’s simplest yet most profound actions. In this beautiful hymn, we are called to give thanks because of the goodness of God and His unfailing covenant love. Jesus - the promised Messiah - comes “in the name of the LORD” to save his people. Though rejected by the world, he has now become the cornerstone of our faith. In Him, we have a victorious hope and a bright future. Psalm 118 really is the Song of Jesus.
