Performance: 6pm - 8.30pm, Saturday 13th December

What To Expect

  • Parking: Private car park for cast, band, and production only. Your name will be on the access list at the gate.
  • Backstage Access: When not performing, you must wear your lanyard to access backstage areas. No guests backstage.
  • Security: Access to cast and crew areas is tightly controlled.
  • Dressing Rooms: Outdoor event setup in an enclosed marquee - dressing rooms are private, but the shared waiting area is secure from the public.
  • Toilets: A 2-minute walk from backstage. Please allow plenty of time before your call.
  • Weather: Prepare for heat, wind, or light rain. Any changes will be communicated by the stage manager.
  • Noise Levels: Rehearsals and sound checks will be active — keep noise to a minimum near the stage.
  • First Aid: A first aid station is onsite. Notify production if you need assistance.
  • Rehearsal & Call Times: Arrive early to sign in, warm up, and be ready for cues.
  • Stage Entrances: Follow stage manager instructions for all entrances and exits.

What to Bring

  • Water & Snacks: Water is provided; bring any additional food you may need.
  • Personal Belongings: Storage is limited — keep valuables with you or in your vehicle.
  • Weather Protection: Sunscreen, jacket, hat, or umbrella depending on conditions.
  • Personal Mirror & Makeup: Helpful for quick checks and touch-ups.
  • Your Performance Outfit: Arrive in civilian attire and change onsite.
  • Performance Attire: Formal attire as discussed with Jack Loa. Any questions about style or dress code - please speak with Masina Loa.
  • Production Attire: Production Blacks for crew - all black clothing suitable for movement and work backstage).
