Rooted in Truth

After laying a solid gospel foundation, emphasising Jesus’ supremacy and sufficiency in all things, Paul moves on to begin addressing the false teaching that has crept into the church in Colossae. These believers need to hold on to what they’ve just been reminded of so that they aren’t lead astray by clever arguments for adding extras to the work of Christ. The source of these lies against the gospel are both from man and the forces of darkness. The reality is that Jesus is always enough! How are we living out of that reality today?
