Please arrive on time and communicate to the Discipleship Pastor well in advance if you are unable to make your allocated service time for some reason.
8.00am - Set up DC kids cinema
- tables, chairs, resources
- AV test
- 3 year old area- toys, table
- Barriers to upstairs

8.30am - Lesson overview & prayer
Team leaders will give plans and guidance to group leaders for table discussion and activities

9.00am - Service Begins
Whole team plan to leave promptly/ during prayer to be in position before kids begin to transition.
9.45am - Transition to DC Kids
- Bathroom - Parents take kids to toilet on the way
- Check in - Parents check in kids before/as children enter (transfer of duty of care)

- DC KIDS LEADER - greeting and ushering kids to where they need to be seated.
- 1 x DC DC KIDS SUPPORT - with leader
- 4 x DC KIDS SUPPORT - helping with check in on mezzanine level
- 3yr old SUPERVISOR- in 3 year olds area greeting and engaging kids
- 1 x USHER (from Welcome Team) – guiding people into DC kids cinema and reminding about using toilet
9.50am - Music Time
- Kids Worship Songs
- Bible Verse Song

4 x Groups at tables.

- Yellow GROUP SUPPORT - extra support at he yellow (Kindy and Prep) table
- FLOATING SUPPORT - help where needed/ extra kids (if not obvious at the guidance of the team leader)
- 3yr old SUPERVISORS- in 3 year olds area (snack time?)
10.25am - Together for Prayer & Review
Gather back together in seats

- 2 x DC KIDS SUPPORT - at exit hall to call out when parents are present and to stop children leaving without a parent.
- 3yr old SUPERVISOR - co-ordinate 3 year olds collection by parents
